Andrea Capellupo – guitar

Born in Bolzano in 1987, he has been a music teacher at Cesfor since 2012.

From 2006 to 2009, he studied and earned a diploma in pop/rock guitar at CPM Milan, focusing on music theory, ensemble music for modern bands, rock, funk, blues, acoustic, jazz, and fingerstyle guitar. He trained under Pietro La Pietra, Pietro Nobile, Michele Quaini, and Claudio Bazzari.

He also attended masterclasses with internationally renowned guitarists such as Frank Gambale, Andy Timmons, Andrea Braido, and Luca Colombo.

In 2012, he obtained a degree in guitar (Popular Music) from the Conservatory of Trento.

In 2015, he attended the Twelve Week Summer Program at Berklee College of Music in Boston.

Over the years, he has played and collaborated with various bands, including Westbound, a band affiliated with the “Doctors of South Tyrol for the World” association, the country band Nashville Roads, the reggae projects Myztic Lion & Juggernaut Nation, and the Pink Floyd tribute band Crazy Diamonds.

Additionally, he recorded a single with singer Aivee Hsu at Berklee College of Music.
